Operations diary
The operation diary add-on was specially designed for the wastewater industry. It is used for automatic or manual monitoring of wastewater plants and stormwater overflow basins and offers export options to DABay (Bavaria) and DWA-Betrieb (Baden-Württemberg). For each parameter to be recorded, either manual or automatic recording can be configured. Automatically recorded values are marked in blue and can be overwritten if necessary.
Create operations diary
Once the add-on is booked, an operations diary entry appears in the tree. The icon can be used to create a new operations diary of type wastewater treatment plant or rain overflow.
Configure columns
The columns of an operations diary are predefined. Columns that are not required can be hidden via the checkbox. Label and unit can be adjusted if required. Each column can be entered either manually or automatically. In the case of manual entry, counter value entry is also possible in order to determine quantities on the basis of entered counter readings. The optional lower warning limit ↓ and upper warning limit ↑ enable highlighting when the entered or determined values are outside the defined range.
Use operations diary
After the operations diary has been configured, it can be dragged and dropped into a view. The use of a full-screen layout is recommended.
Wastewater treatment plant
The operations diary for wastewater treatment plants enables the recording of parameters for wastewater treatment plant inflow, biology, wastewater treatment plant outflow, sludge treatment and electricity consumption. Additional columns can be added in the area of power consumption and operating hours. In the operations diary configuration, the maximum flow rates for dry weather and for mixed water must be stored so that exceedances can be determined.
DABay Export
With the button DABay Export the recorded parameters can be transferred to the DABay portal. To do this, proceed as follows:
- Open the corresponding annual report of the wastewater treatment plant in DABay.
- Select the corresponding measuring point .
- Click Export XML and save the file to your computer .
- Now click on DABay Export in AnyViz and select the file from the previous step .
- Click OK and then save the filled XML file under a new name .
- Now import the filled XML file into DABay .
Rain overflow
The operations diary for stormwater basins is used to record inflow, overflow and water level. For the automatic recording of waterlogging events, the configuration of an alert with hysteresis condition is recommended. This alert can be selected in the Capture column so that days of waterlogging and duration of waterlogging can be accurately determined. If transmission to DWA operation is desired, RÜB ID, Wibas Object ID and User Identification Number must be defined.
